Segment 1 (4:40): We start today’s show with exciting travel news with Barb Hughes from Webster Travel. First Linda introduces The Senior Radio Buffalo Travel Club. Barb and Linda discus all of the benefits of traveling together as a group– savings, new friendships, and more! The Travel Club provides opportunities to be in the know of all trips and being able to have the information on the trips you are interested in. First he tells us why the CDC is calling the rising number of unpaid caregivers a public health crisis. Dr. Hopkins then tells us the different types of strains caring for someone causes a caregiver. Next Dr. Hopkins tells us what can happen to a caregiver’s mental health while taking on the huge role of being a caregiver.
