First we discuss how Lindy deals with discrimination and how it begins with hate and ignorance and we ask her where it comes from, especially in the workplace. Lindy tells us how a lot of HR offices are not there for the employee, but are loyal to the company and will manipulate your words to benefit the company. Next we welcome her client Rudi June and how his case is an example of how racism is allowed and ignored in the workplace by the higher ups. Rudi, who worked for the NY State Power Authority, tells us his story of how racism was ignored when he brought it up, and then his higher ups treated him like a trouble maker and found a way to get rid of him.
