Segment 1 (4:43): We start today’s show with Jennifer and Marissa from Harmonia Collaborative Care. First we discuss how they are here for our caregivers and how now a lot of their services are free of charge. Jennifer tells us how many people they help and how they are looking to help more, especially those who are isolated. Then we discuss the caregiver’s mental health and what professional help is available to help relieve some of these feelings and burdens.
