Segment 1 (5:04): We start today’s show with Sally and Lisa from Clarity Group. First Sally tells us what made her start Clarity Group 8 years ago and how much they have grown! Segment 2 (19:54): Then we welcome back Mr. Fitness- Richard Derwald. Today we continue our new series featuring Richard. Richard is a Senior Consultant at Erie County Senior Services, but is also turning 90 and being inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame! This new series is discussing how Richard took his circumstances and changed it into the positive and healthy life he is living today. We continue the chronicles of his life and start back when he started wrestling. He got to meet some wonderful athletes who inspired him. He shares some wonderful stories with us today that make up the fantastic life he has led! You are not going to want to miss this segment and hearing about his experiences!

Segment 3 (32:17): Next we are joined by our guys from Stamm Law Firm: Brad, Brian, and Andy. We start by talking about what a LLC is, what it means, and what it is used for. Then Andy tells us why LLC’s have become so valuable when protecting valuable assets. Andy gives us some incredible information when it comes to LLC’s. Andy then explains how you would sell the LLC to someone or how to pass it to a child. Next Andy tells us how they help a client choose between what types of protection to use with their future plans like revocable trusts or irrevocable trusts, for example. Segment 4 (46:37): We wrap up the show with local discrimination attorney Lindy Korn. Lindy is joined today by Dr. Alex Bitterman, a legal assistant. Lindy can of course help you in court, but both Lindy and Dr. Bitterman are Trained Mediators and can help your through mediation. First we discuss what a Trained Mediator is. She gives us examples on how all mediators are different and how they find their own style and personalization. Lindy’s approach is therapeutic and she explains how this goes together with the law and how it helps her client.
