Richard is a Senior Consultant at Erie County Senior Services, but is also turning 90 and being inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame! This new series is discussing how Richard took his circumstances and changed it into the positive and healthy life he is living today. We continue the chronicles of his life and start back when he started wrestling. He got to meet some wonderful athletes who inspired him.
