Richard and Linda discuss how at different ages you don’t have to do the same thing. It’s okay to not do at 90 what you did at 25, but you can still get up and move! Age takes a toll, but it doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy life, movement, and fun. Then we discuss ant-aging, what it means, and how some of it is just following a dollar.
