In April, she was told she was being laid off due to the pandemic. She claims the company kept less experienced male nurses to do her job and that she was terminated for her gender, pregnancy, and use of FMLA. Lindy gives her opinion of this case, gives us some strong facts, and lets us know what is currently going on with the case.
