Segment 1 (5:35): Joe’s first guest is Gina from Experimac. Segment 2 (20:46): Next Joe welcomes Nicole Mancuso from The Belvedere. First hear about the daily open houses or how you can make an appointment to see the common areas and model apartments and see if this is the right place for you to live! Next hear about their parking options and appliances that are included. Segment 3 (34:02): Andrew’s Estate Service are Joe’s third guests with Joe, Joe, and Alexander. First they explain what they generally do for their clients- estate sales, clean ups, etc. They also explain how they discuss with their clients what items of theirs they believe is of value, a collectible, or what is trash. Segment 4 (49:28): Joe wraps us the show with Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard. Today they are discussing elder scams and how often they are happening. Joe gives Sheriff Howard an example of a scam that could happen to a senior, and Sheriff Howard gives tips on how to stay away from that scam. They also go into detail how the internet can help these scammers gain information to use against you. They also explain how posting things on social media can be used against you- whether in a scam or someone knowing you aren’t home and lead to a break-in.
